INSTANT POT SPAGHETTI
8 ounces spaghetti noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce*
1 jar chicken broth, or bouillon
1 pound ground meat of choice
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown meat on Saute until done, drain any juice. If it left any brown bits on the bottom add just a
little water to scrape them up so you don't get a BURN notice. Break noodles into thirds and scatter around on
top of meat. Make sure it's really messy so they don't clump together when cooking. Do not stir or pack down.
Pour jar of sauce in center of noodles and again don't stir. To make bouillon just sprinkle a little bit of bouillon
powder into the empty sauce jar and fill with water. Shake to dissolve and pour all of it around the outside not
over top of the sauce; do not stir. Cover and cook on high 6 minutes and then Natural Release for 10 minutes.
As with any pasta and sauce dish it will thicken as it sits. Salt & pepper to taste.
*You can also use an equivalent amount of homemade spaghetti sauce.
