​​INSTANT POT RANCH POTATOES

4 - 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons Country Crock Light
1/2 cup water

Pour water into pot.  Add potatoes and sprinkle with ranch dressing mix. Dot with butter. Cook on high for 6 minutes and QR. 
Purple plan is 0 points.  Blue & Green points will be determined by how much potatoes you eat.
