"Fat Free Oui Copycat Recipe"
52 Fairlife Fat Free Milk
4 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
14 ounce can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
In large bowl whisk together sweetened condensed milk and yogurt until smooth and no lumps
of yogurt remain. Then whisk in half the milk until completely incorporated followed by the rest of the
milk and vanilla. Fill yogurt jars to bottom of the rim and put on the lids. Pour 2 cups water in 8 quart pot
and stack jars inside. You will need to place some jars on top of the others towards the middle. Seal vent,
or not, and put on the Yogurt setting changing the time to 12 hours if needed. Once done dry jars off and
refrigerate at least 4 hours before eating. Makes 12 6-ounce jars. You may cut recipe in half.

1/2 gallon ultra pasteurized half and half (I mistakenly said heavy cream on the video)
4 tablespoons plain yogurt with live active cultures
14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk

yogurt remain. Then whisk in half the milk until completely incorporated followed by the rest of the milk
