INSTANT POT CHICKEN BREASTS
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, either frozen or thawed
chicken broth or bouillon
seasoning of choice
Place chicken on trivet inside the Instant Pot. Do not stack directly on top of each other instead stagger them. Using the amount of chicken broth for your size pot pour it over top of the chicken. This helps the seasoning stick, then season as desired. Cover, seal vent and cook 7 minutes for thawed and 14 minutes for frozen. Allow the pot to naturally release for 10 minutes before removing chicken.
