INSTANT POT BOILED EGGS

Place the trivet inside the instant pot and pour in 1 cup of water.  Arrange as many eggs as needed on top of trivet stacking as you go.  Cover, seal the vent and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.  Do a 5 minute natural release then cool in a large bowl of ice water for 1 minute.  Peel right away for best results.  These eggs come out nice and yellow and perfectly cooked every single time.  I've made them in both my 3 quart and 6 quart models with the same great results.  This is known as the 5-5-1 method.  My eggs always cracked and turned green inside so Denise at https://www.youtube.com/dishwithdee is the one who told me to try it this way and I've been doing it ever since.
