INSTANT POT ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD

I followed the recipe with the these exceptions:
*only used 12 ounces chicken
*didn't use all the salt called for
*omitted the red cabbage
I made this salad for meal prep and I got 4 servings. My opinion at the time of this writing is that
unless the chicken develops flavor while sitting in the fridge it is very bland. I can't taste any of the
ingredients added to it while cooking. If I made this again I would skip the entire "recipe" portion
of the chicken and use my favorite cooked or grilled chicken breasts. The dressing, on the other hand,
is very flavorful and quite tasty,
