IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE
1 pound 96% lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cabot 75% Light cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1 cup skim milk
2 eggs
Cook beef and onions until done; drain. Spread onto bottom of greased glass pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Stir together Bisquick, milk, salt and eggs until well blended. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 400* for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Makes 4 servings.
