HYBRID RANCH DRESSING
1 3/4 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice, bottled is fine
1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise
2 packets ranch dressing mix
Add lemon juice to milk and let sit 15 minutes. Then whisk everything together until smooth with no lumps. Store in a
quart jar in the fridge. Makes 20 1-ounce (2 tablespoons) servings.
1 point per serving on all plans. This is a true 1 point per serving recipe.
This recipe came together purely by accident. I was making Joan's ranch dressing from www.joanspointedplate.com
and didn't have buttermilk. I made my own but it didn't work well in this recipe so I ended up with my version that uses
skim milk instead. It's really good so I named it "Hybrid" after the joint effort of me and Joan ;)
