HOW TO COOK MILLET
Always rinse first.

Stovetop:
1 cup barley
2 cups liquid

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 10 minutes.
 
Instant Pot:
1 cup millet
1 3/4 cup liquid

Cook on high 10 minutes.  Let do a natural release at least 5 minutes.

Rice Cooker:
1 cup millet
2 cups liquid

Cook on white rice setting or if using automatic shut off type cooker it should take about 20 minutes.
