HORSERADISH BURGERS

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon horseradish, or more to taste*
1 clove minced garlic
House Seasoning or salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, cut in half and sliced
3 slices swiss cheese

Mix the horseradish, garlic and House Seasoning into the ground beef and form into 3 patties.  Pan fry until done then top each burger with a slice of cheese and allow to melt.  I turned off the heat, covered and let melt in the residual heat.  In a separate pan cook onions in butter until tender and browned.  Serve over burgers.

4 net carbs per serving.

*I'm not sure if I bought the right kind of horseradish or not but they definitely needed more.
