HAM & CHEESE OVEN OMELETTE

8 eggs
1/2 cup half and half, or milk of choice
House Seasoning, to taste
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Beat eggs, half and half and House Seasoning until well blended.  Stir in ham and cheese.  Pour into a 
sprayed 11 x 7 inch baking dish.  Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until center is set and edges have just 
started to brown a little.  Makes 6 - 8 servings.
