3 tablespoons Country Crock light
1 small head of cabbage or 1/2 medium or large, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained*
1 cup fat free half and half
1 teaspoon all purpose flour
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup (4 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
5 slices Hormel fully cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled
Melt butter in dutch oven and add cabbage and onions. Season with salt and pepper and saute until done to your liking. Stir flour into half and half and then pour over cabbage. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add cheese and stir until combined then add the noodles. Stir well and top with crumbled bacon. Makes 6 or 8 servings.
