GARLIC SHRIMP

1 1/2 pounds medium raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and tail removed
1 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chicken stock
hot sauce of choice, to taste
1 lemon, optional

In a large non-stick pan heat olive oil and butter and add shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and cook 1 - 2 minutes
or until just starting to turn pink. Do no cook all the way. Add garlic and seasonings and stir to combine.  Continue to
cook another 1 - 2 minutes then add chicken stock and hot sauce.  Cook about 1 more minute or until shrimp is cooked through. 
Serve with a squeeze of fresh ​lemon over top if desired. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
