FRIED CORN
my original pre-WW recipe uses real butter and heavy whipping cream!
1 pound frozen corn
2 tablespoons Country Crock Light
4 ounces fat free half & half
pinch sugar
salt and pepper
Melt butter in large frying pan then add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until cream is absorbed.
Makes approximately 4 - 1/3 cup servings.
