1 container sugar free jello, any flavor
Fat free plain Greek yogurt
Fat free Reddi Wip
Put jello in a bowl and mash it up really well with a fork. Measure an equal amount of yogurt using the empty jello container and stir into the jello. Top with 0 points worth of Reddi Wip. Makes 1 serving.

One hot summer day I wanted something cold and with the Fluff recipe from joanspointedplate.com in mind I came up with this quick and easy treat. It's so easy and so delicious. I think it would be good with crushed pineapple mixed in too!
