FLATBREAD CRACKERS or TORTILLA CHIPS
1 flatbread, pita bread or wrap of choice*
Butter flavored pan spray
seasonings of choice such as salt and pepper, cinnamon sugar, Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, garlic or onion salt
Lay flatbread on a piece of waxed paper to keep the mess down and spray both sides with the butter flavored cooking spray. You may use plain, unflavored spray if you'd prefer but I like the taste of the butter kind. Season as desired; I only season the top. Using a pizza cutter cut flatbread into the size and number of crackers you want. You can bake them two ways. In the oven at 375 degrees for approximately 5 minutes the flip for another minute or two if necessary until crisped. Watch carefully because they will burn in a second. In the air fryer oven** bake them on 400 for about 5 minutes. I do not turn the over in this. Again watch very carefully. The crackers will continue to crisp up as they cool.
Serving size and points are dependent on the type of bread you use and the number of crackers you cut it into.
*I like to do these with corn tortillas too to eat with my Pantry Salsa or Fresh Pineapple Salsa
**I have tried these in my basket type air fryer but they kept wanting to fly around from the air flow. So you can try it in your particular model but be warned, lol.
