EGG SALAD
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons Duke's mayonnaise
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Kraft Light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
salt & pepper
Mix everything together and store in fridge. Taste to adjust sugar and/or vinegar. Makes 4 servings.
