EGG ROLL IN A BOWL
This is a "to taste" recipe because there's so many ways to go with it
1 pound ground chicken breast (or meat of choice)
scant oil
1 bag tri-color cole slaw mix
1 bag shredded carrots
House Seasoning or salt and pepper
Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce, optional
squeezable ginger or fresh grated
minced garlic
Worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
Place chicken in a large frying pan or dutch oven adding just enough oil to keep it from sticking. Season chicken with House Seasoning or salt and pepper and while frying add a little Kitchen Bouquet to darken the color. This step is completely optional. Then add in to taste the ginger, garlic and Worcestershire. Cook until chicken is completely done. Add in both bags of veggies and soy sauce to taste. Stir to mix combine, cover and let cook until cabbage and carrots are tender, about 20 minutes. Taste and add anything else you think it needs. Honestly since the whole batch is 0 points (I don't count that bit of oil) I did not try to get a servings count.
Blue & Purple (0) Green add the chicken or other meat used
