EGG ROLL BOWL
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger, or the squeeze bottle
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 pound ground pork
14 ounce bag shredded slaw mix
1 bunch green onions, cleaned and sliced
In a small bowl whisk together garlic, ginger, sesame seed oil, vinegar and soy sauce: set aside.
In a large frying pan or dutch oven cook pork until crumbled and done. If necessary drain any
fat. Add the cabbage and stir to combine, Pour sauce over top and stir until well combined,
Cook until the cabbage is wilted and cooked to your desired tenderness. Serve with green onions.
Makes 5 - 1 cup servings.
