EASY VEGETABLE SOUP
3 cups water
3 beef bouillon cubes, or powder equal to making 3 cups of broth
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 bag frozen okra
1/2 to 1 head of cabbage, chopped small
Add water and bouillon to a large soup pot then add tomatoes. Using a potato masher break the tomatoes
into smaller pieces. Add remaining ingredients and cook until cabbage and okra are tender to your liking. Use
as much or as little of cabbage as you like.
