EASY ONION PORK CHOPS
4 - 6 boneless pork loin chops
House Seasoning
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1 cup hot water
3 - 6 tsp flour
Season chops with House Seasoning then coat both sides in flour. Brown both sides in a small amount of oil.
Dissolve the soup mix into the hot water and pour over the chops. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until done
(sorry I don't have a time). Remove lid and bring to a boil if needed to thicken gravy.
