EASY BRUNSWICK STEW

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded*
1 pound pulled pork, I used Jack Daniel's refrigerated BBQ pulled pork
2 cups frozen lima beans
1 can corn, drained
1 small onion, diced
1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce**
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Simply stir together ingredients in a large crockpot and cook on low 6 - 8 hours. If your lima beans don't
get as tender as you like you can let go several more hours.  This will not hurt the stew.

*I made my chicken in the instant pot.  Put chicken breasts in pot and add the amount of liquid your
size pot requires.  Cook for 14 minutes and do a 10 minutes natural release.  Drain chicken and shred
by hand or use an electric mixer.
**If using plain pulled pork you can increase the amount of BBQ sauce to up to a cup if you like.
