CROCKPOT HARVARD BEETS

2 can whole beets, drained & rinsed
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar substitute, I used Truvia Sweet Complete
2 tablespoons flour

Put beets in crockpot; set aside.  Mix remaining ingredients until sugar and flour are dissolved.
Pour over beets and stir to coat.  Try to submerge as many as possible.  Cover and cook on low 6 to 8
hours.  Give it a stir every so often just to make sure all the beets are getting cooked down in the sauce.
