CROCKPOT CAROLINA BBQ CHICKEN

1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce, to taste
1/2 cup brown sugar substitute of choice 
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder

Place chicken breasts in crockpot.  Whisk together remaining ingredients until well combined and pour over chicken. 
Turn to coat. Cover an cook on low 4 to 6 hours.  Remove chicken from sauce and shred using two forks or an electric mixer
​ then return to the sauce. Makes 8 servings.
0 points per serving on Blue and Purple.  Green counts chicken.
