CRISPY ONION CHICKEN
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoon light butter
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/3 cup plain dry panko breadcrumbs
1 1/2 ounce French fried onions*
Melt butter in shallow bowl and add Worcestershire sauce and mustard: set aside. In another shallow dish mix together the panko and French fried onions, which have been crushed in a food processor. Dip chicken breasts one at a time first in the butter, then in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet. If any crumbs are left press them into any bare spots on the chicken. Then drizzle remaining butter over top of each piece. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken. Makes 4 servings.
