CREOLE FLOUNDER
from The Dirty, Lazy, Keto Dirt Cheap Cookbook
1 pound flounder fillets, patted dry
oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Put the eggs in one shallow dish. In another shallow dish put the remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat frying pan and add just a few tablespoons of oil. Dip fish one at a time into the eggs, letting the extra drip off, then coat both sides in the breading mixture. Fry on each side about 5 to 7 minutes, depending on thickness of the fillets, until completely done. Drain on paper towels. Serve with tartar sauce if desired.
My pound of fish was 6 fillets so this made 6 servings. 1 net carb per serving.
