CREAMY EGG SALAD

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped, or to taste

In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.  Add mayonnaise and seasonings and mix until smooth.  Stir in eggs and onions.  Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups.  If 6 servings it's 3 net carbs.
