CRANBERRY APPLE BAKED OATMEAL

2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk 
2 tablespoons Lakanto Golden brown sugar substitute
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar free pancake syrup
1  teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 apple, diced


In a medium bowl mix together all the dry ingredients. In a separate larger bowl mix together all the
wet ingredients.  Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in the cranberries and apples. Pour into a
baking dish a sprayed 9 X 9 baking dish. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 
​ Let cool slightly before serving.  Makes 4 large servings.
