COUNTRY GRAVY BREAKFAST PIZZA

1 Flatout Light Flatbread
1/4 cup prepared Pioneer Country Gravy Mix
2 eggs, scrambled
2 ounces Cabot 75% Light Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Ground turkey sausage, or meat of choice

While making the gravy and eggs place flatbread on a baking sheet and place in oven for about 5 minutes on 350 to start to crisp up; check after the first 3 minutes.  To assemble pizza spread gravy on bottom then top with eggs, sausage and cheese on top.  Bake another 3 - 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza crisped up a little more.  Makes 1 pizza.
For the whole pizza: 
Blue = 6, Purple = 6, Green = 10
For half the pizza:
Blue = 3, Purple = 3, Green = 5

Turkey Breakfast Sausage

1 pound 99% fat free ground turkey breast
1 tsp ground sage
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
pinch marjoram

Brown ground turkey in skillet.  Mix seasonings in a small bowl then sprinkle over the turkey and mix well.  Use in place of ground breakfast sausage.
