CORNDOG CHAFFLES
2 eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon almond flour
1/2 teaspoon cornbread concentrate or to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt
cooked hot dogs, cut to the size of the corndog maker
Put the hot dogs on sticks and set aside. This step is actually optional but it's more of the corndog experience
with the sticks. Mix the remaining ingredients and put a little in each of the corndog sections of a preheated
corndog maker. Top with the hot dogs and then spoon a small bit over top. Close the lid and let cook until
golden brown. The cheese may stick together between corndogs so just cut apart with a knife to remove.
Serve with mustard and ketchup. Makes 6 to 7 corndogs.
