CORN & BEAN SALAD

1 can navy beans, rinsed and drained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1/2 chopped red onion
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons vinegar ( I like rice vinegar)
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste

Mix all the beans and onions in a large bowl.  In a separate bowl whisk together lime juice, vinegar, olive oil and salt.  Pour over beans and toss to coat.  Store in refrigerator.  Makes 6 cups or 12 1/2-cup servings.
