COD WITH LIME BUTTER

6 - 8 cod fillets
House Seasoning or salt and pepper
6 tablespoons butter
juice and zest of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
a few drops of hot sauce, or to taste

In a food processor combine butter, lime juice and zest, garlic, onion and hot sauce.  Blend until smooth; set aside.  Season cod with either House Seasoning or salt and pepper and cook in a combination of a couple tablespoons of butter and a tablespoon of oil on both sides until completely done.  Serve with some of the lime butter over hot fish so it will melt.  
less than 1 carb per serving.
