COCONUT SHEET CAKE
1 box white cake mix
1 can cream of coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container whipped topping
7 ounce bag sweetened flaked coconut
Bake cake using a 9 x 13 inch baking pan following the directions on the box. Except only use 2 eggs (or egg whites)
regardless of what the box says. While cake is baking whisk together cream of coconut and sweetened condensed
milk until smooth. When cake is hot from the oven poke holes all over the entire surface with a fork. Pour the creamy
mixture all over the top. Allow the cake to cool. The mixture will soak into the cake. When cool sprinkle half the
coconut over the top, followed by all the whipping topping and then the remaining half of the coconut.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
