CHUCKWAGON SALISBURY STEAKS
1 pound 93% ground beef, or your choice
1 cup Cornflake crumbs*
1 egg
1/2 cup 0 Point BBQ Sauce, divided**
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Beat together egg, 2/3 of the BBQ sauce, salt and pepper; stir in crumbs until fully mixed. Add to ground beef and mix well. Shape into thick oval patties and place on a foil-lined, sprayed baking sheet. Brush remaining BBQ sauce evenly over tops. Bake at 375 for 25 - 32 minutes. Makes 4.

*Measure as Cornflake crumbs, not uncrushed Cornflakes, to get proper amount.
**You may want to add a little bit more sauce to the meat mixture, or just serve with extra for dipping.
