CHOCOLATE HUMMUS

2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
6 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk 
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
8 teaspoons sugar free chocolate pudding mix
pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup granulated monkfruit sweetener, or more to taste

Mix everything in the food processor and blend until completely smooth.  It will take several minutes.  Makes 2 1/2 cups.Mix everything in the food processor and blend until completely smooth.  It will take several minutes.  Makes 2 1/2 cups.  10 ¼ cup servings.

I made a couple changes above but if you want to do it as written then use caramel extract instead of vanilla and add 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar free pancake syrup.
