CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT
about 2 sleeves whole graham crackers
3 cups milk
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
8 ounces whipped topping
1 tub milk chocolate frosting
3 tablespoons milk
In a large bowl whisk together mix and pudding mix until it starts to thicken. Stir in whipped
topping until it's completely combined. Place one layer of graham crackers in the bottom
of a rectangle serving dish and top with half of the pudding mixture. Place another layer
of graham crackers on top and then cover with the other half of the pudding mixture. Top
with another layer of graham crackers.
In a medium bowl stir together frosting and milk until smooth and pour on top of the graham
crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
