CHILI CORNBREAD BAKE
4 cups favorite chili
1 cup self rising cornmeal mix
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon sugar (opt)
1 cup Great Value reduced fat fiesta blend shredded cheese
Spread chili evenly into bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix together cornbread ingredients and pour over top of the chili. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered about 20-25 minutes or until cornbread is done. Makes 6 servings.
Points for just the topping are Blue (5) Purple (5) Green (6)
