CHICKEN PECAN SALAD

3 cups cooked, diced chicken breasts
4 small ribs celery, sliced or diced
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix everything together and store in fridge.  You can adjust mayo to your liking.  Makes 4 - 6 servings.
2 net carbs for either 4 or the 6 serving size.
