CHICKEN BREAKFAST SAUSAGE

The spices I used per pound of chicken:
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons Truvia brown sugar replacement*
*the first time I made this is was fine. The second time it was too sweet so use your judgment.
