CHICKEN & BROCCOLI BAKE
4 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 bags frozen broccoli (10 or 12 ounces each)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
half can of milk
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Divide chicken between two 8 x 8 inch baking dishes. In a very large bowl mix together both
cans of soup and milk. Stir in broccoli until it is coated. Stir in half the cheese until well combined,
Pour half the broccoli mixture into each baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes then uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer. Wrap other
casserole tightly in plastic wrap and foil. Label and freeze.
