CHERRY ANGEL DESSERT
14 ounce angel food cake, or 8 cups cubed
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
Place half the angel food cake cubes in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch serving dish. Remove 1/3 cup of the
pie filling and set aside. Spread the remaining pie filling over top of the cake cubes. Then top with
the remaining cake cubes. In a medium bowl stir milk and pudding mix together until blended.
Add sour cream and whisk until smooth then stir in the reserved pie filling until smooth. Spread the
pudding mixture over top. Cover and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
