CHEESY WILD RICE SOUP

1 box Uncle Ben's Fast Cook Long Grain and Wild Rice
1 can cream of potato soup
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 cups skim milk

In a medium to large pot cook rice according to package directions.  Add soup and cheese and
stir until cheese begins to melt.  Add milk and let simmer until cheese is completely melted.
Makes 2 quarts. 8 1-cup servings.
