CHEESY SAUSAGE BALLS
From Southern Keto Cookbook

1 pound bulk breakfast sausage 
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients well.  Use heavy duty mixer to make it easier. Also spray the paddle and inside of the mixing bowl for easier clean up.  Drop by tablespoons or small cookie scoop on sprayed or parchment lined baking sheets. Roll into balls about 1 inch or smaller depending on your preference. Bake 20 to 25 minute at 375° until browned and done inside. Makes approximately 30 balls.78 calories
