CHEESY POTATO & CORN SOUP
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can corn, drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
salt & pepper , to taste
water
1/3 cup dry milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Mix potatoes, corn, onion, salt, pepper and bouillon with just enough water to cover. Boil until potatoes are tender. In separate
bowl mix together 1 cup potato water and dry milk until blended. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Add soup and whisk until smooth.
Pour into potatoes and stir until well blended. Simmer until thickened if needed. Makes approximately 10 cups.
You can add more milk or chicken broth if you like to thin it out.
