CHEESY ONION CHICKEN SKILLET
chicken breast diced into bite sized pieces
sliced green pepper
sliced onion
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning

shredded cheese
Heat a large skillet and add about a tablespoon of oil and let that heat. Add the chicken and season
it with salt and Mrs. Dash to taste. Cook until the chicken is completely done. Remove from pan and
set aside. Add another drizzle of oil to the pan and then the peppers and onions. Season with more
salt and Mrs. Dash. Cook until as tender as you like them. Remove from heat and add the chicken
back to the pan. Stir to combine and sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese. Cover and let the
residual heat melt the cheese. This is so versatile. You can serve as is for a very low carb meal. You
can also serve in a sub roll, on a tortilla or over rice.
