CHEESE ROLLS
1 slice of loaf bread of choice*
1 tablespoon Great Value Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/3 ounce shredded Cabot 75% Less Fat Cheddar
sliced green onions
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan Cheese
Trim crust from bread (discard or save) and flatten with a rolling pin. Spread with the cream cheese and top with shredded cheese and onions. Roll up and place seam side down on a sprayed baking sheet. Spritz with the ICBINB spray and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400 for about 8 minutes or until starting to brown and toasty. Makes 1. Points are determined by the bread used. The only other points are 1 point for the cream cheese. Makes 1.
*If desired you may weigh the slice of bread before and after removing the crust. It may or may not reduce the points but it may be worth a shot. I know when I make homemade uncrustables I do this and it does reduce the points for those.
