CHEDDAR CHICKEN PIE
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
chopped onion, to taste
3 eggs
1 1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3/4 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
In a large bowl combine cheese, broccoli and chicken. Season broccoli and chicken with salt and pepper.
Pour into a large pie plate that has been sprayed. Use either a 10 inch dish or a 9 inch deep dish. In the same
bowl whisk together eggs, milk, Bisquick and salt and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at
400 degrees for about 40 minutes or until set.*
*I used a 9 inch deep dish pie plate. The center was very melty, cheesy when I first took it out but it didn't
take long at all to set up. Just be sure you use a big plate because this makes a lot of filling.
