CABBAGE AU GRATIN
1/2 small head of cabbage or 1/4 large
1 bunch green onions, sliced
seasoned salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
Cut cabbage into small pieces and add to skillet along with green onions. Sprinkle with seasoned salt
and saute until almost done. While cabbage is cooking whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in
Swiss cheese. When cabbage is done spread into a sprayed 2-quart casserole dish. Pour egg mixture
over top and press cabbage down if necessary. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350
for 30 - 35 minutes or until center is set.
