BUFFALO CHICKEN BURGERS
1 1/2 pound ground chicken , I used breast
2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
2 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 to 1/4 cup hot sauce*
4 tablespoons fat free feta, or blue cheese (count the points)
Combined all the ingredients until well combined. Divide into 6 ounce portions. Then divide each
of those into two 3 ounce portions. Press each portion into a thin patty. On top of 4 of the patties
place 1 tablespoon of the cheese and cover with the other patty. Press to seal in the cheese and reshape
into patties. Grill or pan fry until done. Serve on buns with more hot sauce if desired and either blue
cheese dressing or ranch dressing.
