BROWN SUGAR PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE
3 ounces hot brewed espresso
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute, I use Truvia Sweet Complete
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup hot almond milk
Zero Sugar Reddi Wip
cinnamon sugar for dusting
While espresso is brewing add pumpkin, sugar substitute, spice and vanilla to a small bowl and stir or whisk
until smooth and the sugar is dissolved. Heat almond milk either on the stove or in the microwave. In a large mug
mix pumpkin into espresso and stir to combine then stir in hot almond milk. Top with a dollop of Reddi Wip and
dust with cinnamon sugar. Serve immediately.
